Return & Refund Policy

At Aston Club, customer satisfaction is our priority. If something is not right with your order, we are here to help with a fair and transparent return and refund process.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Include original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items damaged through normal wear or improper use

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the case and provide a replacement, refund, or store credit when applicable.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, processing may already have started and cancellation may no longer be possible.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before opening a chargeback or payment dispute. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our customer support process.

Fraudulent chargebacks or abuse of the refund policy may result in order restrictions or denial of future purchases.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item received was defective
  • The wrong item was sent
  • The product arrived damaged

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Aston Club cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary
